Doveridge Shotgun Academy has recently been launched by Clive Bramley. Clive is well known for running Doveridge Clay Sports Club together with his parents Steve and Sue.

In addition Clive has had and still does have a successful shooting career in the discipline of Olympic skeet. Within this discipline, Clive has won a Commonwealth silver medal, a World Cup Gold and many domestic championships. Clive is hopeful that he will qualify for the Commonwealth 2010 English team to compete in India later this year.

More recently Clive has turned his attention to providing detailed instruction to shooters of all abilities and with that has launched Doveridge Shotgun Academy. Based at Doveridge Clay Sports, Clive and his team of specialized coaches can provide tuition to all levels of shooters from the complete beginner to the experienced shot.

Doveridge Clay Sports Club

The Bramley family have owned Doveridge Clay Sports for over 11 Years now. It has hosted most of the major championships including the English, British, World and Great Britatin Qualifiers.

Doveridge Clay Sports is on the Derbyshire, Staffordshire border not far from Alton Towers.

The ground has a variety of disciplines avaiable. These include English Sporting, 5 Stand Sporting, English Skeet, Olympic Skeet, Olympic Trap, 5 Trap, ABT, DTL and Double Trap.

Doveridge Shotgun Academy is based at Doveridge Clay Sports but if you require Clive to travel to another ground this can be arranged.
